Non Deliverable Shipments
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery information is accurate and that the recipient is available to take delivery of the shipment. First Endurance Canada may not be responsible for shipments that are not delivered for the following reasons: incorrect or incomplete address provided on the order confirmation, parcel refused, failure to pick up shipment within carrier's time limit, recipient not available at the address provided etc. In the case that such shipments are returned to the sender, they may incur additional handling and shipping fees.
Open your Parcel
We suggest to peel off the tape rather than using sharp objects to open parcels. First Endurance Canada may not be held responsible for damage to parcel contents once it has been delivered.
