Tamara was first exposed to the world of Triathlon after moving to Kelowna in 2000 but didn't know how to swim or ride a bike.

By 2005 Tamara had entered and completed her first triathlon at the Kelowna Apple. She moved up to 70.3 racing and has completed 3 IRONMAN races. Tamara was hooked on Triathlon!

Last year Tamara finished:

• 4th at the Canadian Triathlon Championships & Ottawa CANTRI American Cup
• 10th in her age group at Ironman 70.3 Calgary
• 4th  at the Cultas Lake Olympic Distance Triathlon
